[Improvement] Clear DNS cache without having to close Insomnia

When testing web service calls across production servers, I often change host file entries to point my machine at a particular web host. I can clear the OS cache, but the insomnia cache requires you to exit and restart the client.

I am told I can wait for 60 seconds, but time is of the essence when I am making production changes and would rather not have to wait.

An option in the UI to clear that cache on the fly would be helpful.

Start by tracing Insomnia’s DNS-cache handling and the existing UI actions; the issue names no files or tests. Done means users can clear the cache from the UI immediately, without restarting Insomnia or waiting 60 seconds, with the behavior verified.
