[Bug] High cpu when waiting for request.

**Describe the bug**
Same as https://github.com/Kong/insomnia/issues/1426

**To Reproduce**
Send a request to an application with a breakpoint in it, so insomnia is waiting for the response.

**Expected behavior**
Since insomnia is just waiting I'm expecting very low resource usage

The `kwin_x11` is also a result of insomnia doing something wrong.

- OS: KDE Neon 5.17
- Installation Method: apt via https://dl.bintray.com/getinsomnia/Insomnia/
- App Version 7.0.6

**Additional context**
This is with or without `--disable-gpu`

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the waiting-for-response scenario on KDE Neon with and without --disable-gpu, then identify the cause of the high CPU and kwin_x11 activity. Done means resource usage remains very low while Insomnia waits for the response.
