[Feature request] A way to trigger a requests based on file changes

Personally what I do sometimes, is setting an interval request, let's say 1s. Then in this way, I can make changes on my files and see the response almost like a watcher kind of behavior. It is definitely not ideal, but sometimes is super handy.

Maybe adding a watcher or a way to trigger requests from let's say PhpStorm. Just speak out loud!
