Analytics: Filter/group-by Consumer Group

**What: **Users can now group and filter by Consumer Groups in Explorer and dashboards, and also apply the same filter to individual requests in the API Requests view.**

Why:**

- Customers would like to be able to filter out requests by Consumer Group so they can do cost attribution by those different attributes.
