Metering & Billing: Automatically create customers and assign them to subscriptions with Metering & Billing

As a customer, I want people to sign up for a subscription on my website and a customer is automatically created for them and assigned to the correct subscription without me having to do anything manually.

Definition of done

• Create a how to, with input from https://openmeter.io/docs/billing/quickstart#free-plan, that explains how a user can use the API to automatically create a customer and assign the subscription to that customer so they can adapt it for their automation pipelines.
• The customer and subscription endpoints should be going with GA, so you can use https://github.com/Kong/platform-api/blob/main/src/konnect/definitions/metering-and-billing/v3/openapi.yaml to model the endpoints after for a draft
