Landing page for promoting terraform examples

A lot of users on the [terraform page](https://developer.konghq.com/terraform/). went straight to the examples link on each card.
those links point to folder in github repos with terraform config files.

Create a landing page and provide more context for the examples with different sections that link to the repos.

Start from the existing Terraform page and inspect the example links on each card, then review the linked repository folders and their Terraform configuration files. Create a landing page with sections that add context and link to the relevant repositories; done means the examples are organized and reachable from the new page.
