Deck errors return an ID, not a name

- [ ] When an entity contains a `name` in addition to an ID, also show it in the error message

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by reproducing or tracing the route errors produced during a DecK sync, then locate where the entity ID is formatted; done means errors for entities that also have a name show both the name and ID, with coverage for that case.
