### Issue to document the institutional design development

- how to add members or how institutions are organized in general: does one own a institution and can add members? Or can multiple persons own one institution? (see draft for adding members for example)
- how to build an institutional page? do you have a private profile first and from there a user can build an institutional page? or is it a decision at the registration process? (see suggestion for profile page settings)
