Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
I can see there is a notification button on the top within the Frontend. However, I think it would also be convenient to have a notification channel added to notify in case a device is dropped out of the network.
Describe the solution you'd like
Notification channels like Gotify, Ntfy, Pushover, Apprise...
Describe alternatives you've considered
I always check the Frontend to see if the a device has dropped or not

Research direction
Start at the existing notification button in the Frontend and map how device dropouts are detected. Clarify which channel or channels, event conditions, configuration, and delivery behavior are required; done means an agreed implementation sends dropout notifications through the selected channel or channels.
