Description

What happened?

Hello,

I would like to request support/identification for the PSMART T440 Zigbee smart wall socket. (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/T440.html)

The device is currently detected by Zigbee2MQTT as TS011F / TS011, but the actual device is PSMART T400.

Device:

  • Manufacturer: PSMART
  • Model: T440
  • Device type: smart wall socket
  • Power monitoring: yes
  • Max load: 16A / 3600W

Zigbee2MQTT currently identifies the device as TS011F.

The device appears to work, but it would be better if it was correctly identified as PSMART T440 and exposed with the appropriate features.

The device supports:

  • switch
  • power
  • current
  • voltage
  • energy
  • power-on behavior
  • external trigger mode
  • inching control
  • overload protection

I can provide the full Zigbee2MQTT device information / interview data and debug logs if needed.

Thank you.

Research direction

Start with the existing TS011F_plug_1 device definition and compare it with the listed PSMART T440 capabilities. Obtain the requested full device interview data and debug logs, then verify that the device is identified as PSMART T440 and exposes the supported switch, measurement, and control features.
