Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
The latest HA releases with ZHA installation enables the new Map feature.
Could this feature be added for non-ZHA installation? Since Zwave docker installation allows works in Map I am guessing the limitation is in Z2M?
Thanx!
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow non-ZHA installation to "export" the network map to HA Map.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I could drop the docker installation and go with ZHA but for my setup, I prefer not to go this way.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how the existing HA Map export works for ZHA and where non-ZHA Zigbee2MQTT integrations connect to Home Assistant. Done means non-ZHA installations can export their network map to HA Map without requiring ZHA.
