Tradfri GU10 spots unresponsive to toggle/on/off after upgrading to 2.13.0

What happened?

A few days ago I upgraded Zigbee2MQTT from version 2.11.0 to 2.13.0. Since this upgrade, several IKEA Tradfri GU10 spots stopped responding to toggle, on, and off commands.

Interestingly, I do see the LQI value change when I send the command. This indicates the bulbs are still connected and communicating, but they simply do not execute the action. I have never experienced this behavior with previous upgrades.

Workaround:
Giving the affected bulbs a power cycle resolves the issue immediately. But this do happen again a few days later.
