Description
What happened?
Since the last or second-to-last update (I'm not entirely sure), the sensor has been showing a completely incorrect percentage value.
The distance measurement remained correct. See image. Removing and re-learning the setting unfortunately didn't help either.
What did you expect to happen?
The correct fill level for me would be approximately 15-16%. However, it shows... 92%
How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)
Update zigbee2mqtt to the newest Version.

Research direction
Start with the TLC2206 device definition at docs/devices/TLC2206.md and reproduce the fill-level report after updating to Zigbee2MQTT 2.13. Compare the reported distance with the percentage conversion; done means the device reports approximately 15–16% for the described fill level. A debug log is needed to narrow down the cause.
