Shelly Covers (2PMGen4) are not working with Alexa provided by HomeAssistant (using latest version) , former version is fine

What happened?

I am using Home Assistant 2026.8.1 with Z2M 2.13.0-1 and 14 Shelly 2PM Gen4 in Cover Mode (though Z2MQTT, NOT Wifi)
So far this is working fine within Home Assistant and everything Zigbee related.

But when I will provide the Shellys to Alexa through Home Assistant they will not work using Speech commands. Even they are declared as cover devices and appear in Alexa as cover devices.
Open / Close / % Postion are not working, no error

So if I downgrade Z2M to Version 2.12.1-1 the shelly covers are working fine (as expected) in Alexa, too

It is complete reproducible upgrade will not work, downgrade everything is fine.
Independently from the HA Version.

What did you expect to happen?

As with Version 2.12.1-1 and before that I can use Alexa speech commands open, close and % position to be working

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Enable Shellys for Alexa Speech integration in HomeAssistant (Zigbee/ MQTT Integration, NOT WIFI)
Down- and Upgrade Z2M for HomeAssistant

Start by reproducing with Zigbee2MQTT 2.13.0-1 and 2.12.1-1 in the Home Assistant add-on, using a Shelly 2PM Gen4 in cover mode exposed to Alexa. Compare the generated cover capabilities and commands, and inspect relevant integration logs; done means Alexa speech commands for open, close, and percentage position work on 2.13.0-1 as they do on 2.12.1-1.
