Zigbee2mqtt 2.12.2 on Raspberry Pi 3b leads after start to reboot of the system

What happened?

1. I am using Raspberry Pi 3b with zigbee2mqtt since years. Now I updated to the latest Debian release and latest Zigbee2mqtt release but suddenly after starting zigbee2mqtt the system reboots.
2. The Power supply works fine and I can not see any power consumption error in the logs or during tests. Especially the USB-Stick AND the Raspberry PI works since years. I tested several other Raspberry Pis 3b or Power supplies, but always the same thing, after starting zigbee2mqtt some time later, the system reboots. I can see, a very high CPU consumption during startup. I have arround 10-15 Zigbee devices (bulbs).
3. My USB Stick is a CC2531

Start with package.json to confirm the reported version, then reproduce zigbee2mqtt startup on a Raspberry Pi 3b with the CC2531 adapter and collect the missing debug and system logs. Compare startup CPU usage and reboot behavior across the reported Debian setup; done requires identifying a reproducible cause and verifying that startup no longer reboots the system.
