[SNZB-02D / SONOFF] ???

What happened?

device still online after stop/start of the dongle-P, but no informations are sent. no logo of connected device shown. Only the button wake/reconnection can make it work.

What did you expect to happen?

automatic reconnection after shutting down and restart the dongle

No source files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the SNZB-02D failure with the ZStack3x0 adapter after restarting the dongle-P, then collect a debug log and inspect the adapter reconnection and device-reporting paths. Done means the device reconnects automatically and resumes sending information without a manual wake or reconnection.
