KoGrid - jsfiddle error on simplest demo of loading data

See issue #90 which was closed but now the jsfiddle does not work.
There is a sample JsFiddle but it fails to load.
I am having the same issue with my MVC 4.0 application trying to use Kogrid for the first time.

Can someone verify that this jsfiddle is working correctly for Firefox and IE. Is there a sample jsfiddle that shows binding the data to the kogrid?

These are the errors:
ReferenceError: ko is not defined
[Break On This Error]

ko.bindingHandlers['koGrid'] = (function () {

KoGrid.debug.js (line 231)
ReferenceError: ko is not defined

Open the referenced jsFiddle at http://jsfiddle.net/erYZ4/15/ and reproduce the loading failure in Firefox and IE. Trace the ReferenceError reported at KoGrid.debug.js line 231. Done means a working jsFiddle that binds sample data to KoGrid in the requested browsers.
