The project is kinda numb at this moment

First of all I would like to thank all the contributors and mainly the repository owners for this awesome project. I have been using it for the last 3 years and it works like a charm!

However, the project hasn't been given a lot of attention lately. There are a lot of issues and pull requests open at this moment. Are the repository owners open to include some more people in the maintenance of this project?
