"Aanvullende informatie" item in the questions form

the entry field for this item is just a single line, while it should contain much longer texts than the other fields. could it be replaced by a multi-line text box?

also, on my firefox browser on a Mac laptop, the font of the entry is gigantic and one has to scroll even after 5 words!

Start from the questions form and locate the "Aanvullende informatie" entry field. Reproduce the form in Firefox on a Mac, then verify that the field accepts longer multi-line text and that its entry font no longer renders excessively large or requires premature scrolling.
