The readme requires setting up a million local services

It would be nice to have an easy way to just try out lungair-web-application.

One thought is to create a docker image that people can just pull and have all the services running in the container and mapped to their appropriate ports.

The ultimate goal would be to have one or two commands that people could run to get going with some fake example data.

Start with the README and its current local-service setup to identify everything a user must run. Define a Docker-based entry point that exposes the appropriate ports and includes fake example data; done should mean the application starts with one or two commands and is usable without manually setting up many services.
