Option to generate a report comparing the output of two site effect analyses, similar to the document referred to in #7.

For example this would allow you to compare site effects before vs after harmonization.

Start by reading issue #7 and the document it references, then inspect how the existing site effect analyses produce their outputs. Define how two analyses, such as before and after harmonization, should be compared and represented in a report. Done means the comparison report can be generated from two analysis results.
