Copy Pipeline Parameters to input

When creating a new pipeline when a user wants to expose one or more parameters of a stage to the input side of the pipeline it would be helpful if the user could automatically create one or more of the stage parameters as input parameters, this should ideally also copy all the type annotations on the copied parameters as well

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the pipeline-creation GUI and the code handling stage and input parameters; the feature is done when selected stage parameters can be copied to the pipeline input side with all type annotations preserved.
