Should automatically lookup available Haptic Devices

There should be a way for the module to lookup available haptic devices. Currently the name has to be entered manually and in case of a string mismatch, Slicer crashes.

Start by locating the SlicerIMSTK module code that accepts the manually entered haptic-device name, then trace how it interacts with iMSTK and available devices. The work is done when users can look up available haptic devices and a name mismatch no longer crashes Slicer.
