[Simple Review] Old review comment doesn't apply to current review?

I noticed this while testing in staging:


it looks like the review request comment that's being displayed doesn't apply to the current review request, maybe it's because there was no comment associated with the current so it was never updated?

Reproduce the stale review-request comment behavior in staging using the screenshot and issue description, then trace where the displayed comment is selected for the current review request. Done means the current request's comment is shown, or no comment is shown when the current request has none.
