Description
Update the all of the UI not related to inventory or bartering to match the design in the [UI Figma](https://www.figma.com/design/20gnE1YNFdm5Syun3w4azV/UI-Mock-Ups?node-id=0-1&t=jLLcKXU3h99N3AOw-1).
This includes:
- [x] Animating the pause menu
- [x] Moving the notifications to the right place
- [x] Moving the timer
- [x] Hide or grey out the Continue button when there is no save data
- [x] Show bartering inventory bar in Pause Menu
