Concept & Model the Northern Low Detail Building (To the right of the Shady Merchant) && Concept & Model the Southern Low Detail Building (To the right of and below the Shady Merchant)
- reference Pokemon buildings for shape language and simplicity
- Sammy will be satisfied with low scope/capacity buildings that are created in less than 2.5 hours (for both)
