feat: add a force option for code generation

**Description**

With the introduction of the lockfile only changed information from the database will trigger a file update. Introduce a force command that will cause all files to be regenerated with the current data from the database

**Requirements**

- [ ] Force (--force, -f) command present on generate_types command
- [ ] Test cases cover the new command
- [ ] There is no drop in test coverage.
