Description
This unnecessarily limits the scope of the format. What are the reasons behind the ~4 GB limit? Are there any plans to lift this to 64 bit in a future version of the specification?
> length is the total length of the Binary glTF, including Header and all Chunks, in bytes.

Research direction
Read the linked glTF 2.0 specification, especially the Binary glTF Layout section and its definition of the length field. Resolve the format-design question by documenting the reasons for the approximately 4 GB limit and whether a future specification could use 64-bit lengths.
