powerPreference is underspecified

All other context attributes are READable to find out what the context actually is (checking if alpha = true or antialias = true so by association that makes it sounds like `powerPreference` is readable as well to check if the context is using a low power or high performance GPU

It should be made clear if this is the case or not.
