vulkaninfo: vulkaninfo won't exit when launched from Vulkan Configurator

This was discussed somewhere but I can't manage to find it anymore... So creating this issue to track the problem which impacts Vulkan Configurator diagnostic tab, where I'd like to display the full text log and the profiles logs

When using `--summary` no problem.

However, when using `vulkaninto --text` and `vulkaninto --json=` with or without `-o` Vulkaninfo doesn't exit so Vulkan Configurator.

It looks like in the case of `-o`, the issue happens then the directory doesn't exist.
