Add documentation on how to "navigate" the samples

We have a lot of samples and esp. for beginners it's not easy to find out what samples to start out with. So we should add a "how to navigate" the samples document that people can easily access from the docs site.

I'm willing to do that, this issue is a heads-up so people know it's being worked on.
