Interest in errata list?

We've occasionally talked about constructing a Vulkan errata list, which could collect things like:

- Spec NOTEs that document possible divergences
- CTS waivers granted to implementations, and links to the corresponding submissions on the conformance website
- Some ISVs apparently maintain their own errata lists and might be willing to share, though that would take a curation effort
- Other related information? Please comment if you have suggestions
