installation help/cant find ColladaMaxNew.dle

as the title says, I simply cannot find that file im supposed to paste into the 3dsMax plugin folder, nor the bin/win folder described in the install readme. The weirdest part is that it seems like im literally the only person having that problem.

I must be missing something, can someone help me out?
