Description

Hello,

I am developing a game that uses collada files. I want to use the OpenCOLLADA exporter, but it's very different from the default Maya dae_fbx tutorial I've been using.

I have two main questions:
1)Is it possible to export a collada file with the texture embedded in the file?

2)Is there a tutorial out there that explains what happens when I tick on or off the various export options?

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the OpenCOLLADA Maya exporter documentation and reviewing the available export options; determine whether textures can be embedded and what each option controls. Done means a Maya-focused tutorial answers both questions clearly.
