Alpine Package Build Out of Date

Please I am trying to use this headers for a project I am working on, and building my system based on the Alpine docker image. I have noticed that the opencl headers are kind of old built (like2016). IS there any way please I can build the latest one myself locally? ALl I need is the command line.
