Research direction
Start with the extension specification and the referenced discussion in OpenCL-Docs pull request 605. Add a footnote or equivalent clarification describing how clGetKernelSuggestedLocalWorkSizeKHR differs from OpenCL 2.1 clEnqueueNDRangeKernel for zero-sized global work sizes; the specification should make this distinction explicit.
