Description

The "minimum list of required image formats" for OpenCL 2.x devices lists the `CL_DEPTH` and `CL_sRGBA` image channel orders, but there are footnotes for these image channel orders describing the scenarios when support for these image channel orders is actually required. This information should be in the normative main spec text, not in an informational footnote.

Research direction

Locate the OpenCL 2.x specification section containing the minimum list of required image formats and its footnotes for CL_DEPTH and CL_sRGBA. Move the stated support conditions into the normative main specification text, while preserving the intended requirements and removing the redundant informational footnotes.
