Converted Models have misplaced parts

Using Collada2gltf release 2.1.4 for windows x64, models have parts misplaced in 0,0,0

The folder contains the original dae (exported from sketchup), the output gltf v2.0, and a few images from multiple viewers displaying sample problems in the resulted gltf.

Start by reproducing the misplaced parts with the provided testModel.zip and the Collada2gltf 2.1.4 Windows x64 release, comparing the original DAE with the generated glTF in the referenced viewers.
