Description

The suggestion I recieved in #4 was to rename the file to README.md, although as I didn't want to make the URL of the website longer, I just created a new branch, but the difficulty that I am facing is that if I update the index.md file in the gh-pages branch, the README.md doesn't update, and I have to commit the changes again, and I can't even make a PR because I get merge conflicts.

So I require a gh-action to be found and shared with me, that even if the file name is different, it understands the content is same and updated accordingly.

Or, I can make one branch itself, but in that there will be a index.md and README.md with the same contents, but will still need a gh-action to automatically commit contents/code of index.md to README.md, and README.md to index.md.

Sorry, if I explained it in a bad way.

Thanks,
