Description

## What
The onboard RPI, when a WiFi connection has been established, should stream a video to the server. Most likely there will be changes to the server as well. As it is right now, a picture should be taken periodically and sent to the server which will show that picture according to a certain framerate.

## How
The RPI needs to have the drivers required for the Kinect and be able to send the picture in base64 to the server.
This way is not optimal as it eliminates the sound, but I cannot think of any other way of doing is as of now.
