[Feature Request] Add ability to download specific folders from a kernel's output

What it says on the tin -- needing to download everything in `/kaggle/working` is very tedious. I also don't want to download any models in the kaggle working directory to my personal PC. I only want the outputs (which are in a certain folder under `/kaggle/working`). Being able to download only what I need would be fantastic.
