kaggle submit Failed to parse error

I'm having problem submitting a csv though kaggle api.

I used `kaggle competitions submit -c microsoft-malware-prediction -f submission.csv -m "first try"`
and got error
Failed to parse: https://www.kaggle.com/api/v1/competitions/microsoft-malware-prediction/submissions/url/.......

Platform Ubuntu 20.04 Python3.8
