Description

I live and work in mainland China, so there comes a dilemma.
My dataset contains many pictures with around 20GB(zipped). When I tried to upload the whole zip file, the kaggle website got into extreme lagging, and the progress bar did not move even with several hours elapsed (this problem happens both with and without VPN) .
However, when I tried to upload the pictures one by one, it seems to work, but kaggle website doesn't provide a file refactoring function, that means I cannot create a new blank folder and move data into it online. (Or if I was so blind that I didn't notice this function?)
When I get my VPN unlaunched, the command line tells me that I encountered a connection error(Win 10054), that means an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
When I get my VPN launched, Python threw an error that check_hostname requires server_hostname. When I tried to solve this problem, the Internet tells me either to close VPN, or to add VPN server port to a certain configuration file. However, I didn't find this config file of kaggle, and I even cannot understand what is my VPN's server port.
So it comes into a dead cycle. How can I upload the files?
