Feature request: allow pointing to kaggle datasets and competition data by others

### Why?
Kaggle datasets can often get big, and it's not practical to download all the data first, only to upload them again into another platform.

### How? (Suggestions)

1. Permalinks to the files created on Kaggle that can be easily accessed by others (with credentials).

2. Mirror the file structure and let users pick files from the file structure itself, instead of downloading it.

3. Make such commands run like other packages inside notebooks themselves, instead of just in the command prompt.
