Description
There are lots of Kernel competitions on Kaggle.
After ```kaggle kernels push``` a kernel starts and a submission is created.
But to submit that file to competition a participant needs to do it on the site ( select the file in Output menu and click "Submit to the competition")
It would be awesome to let do it via API
