feature request: datasets and kernels delete (cleansing after competition)

I'd like to perform a cleansing and delete a lot of kernels and datasets that I generated during imet-2019-fgvc6.

The idea is to preserve just a few ones.

This functionality is available using web interface. But it's a toil to click and confirm hundreds of times.

Now, competitions are turing into Kernels Only modality, and probably there are more people interested in delete the 90% of temp work.
