Description
Hello,
This is a great module, was using PoshKeePass for awhile but it does not work with PS7 due to [this](https://github.com/PSKeePass/PoShKeePass/issues/179). This module seems to work just fine as an alternative.
Is it possible to call Test-SecretVault without getting a password prompt when the vault is NOT unlocked?
I want to test (true or false) if a connection is valid, without any password prompts.

Research direction
Start at the Test-SecretVault entry point and reproduce the behavior with the vault locked. Determine whether validation can return true or false without prompting for a password; done means the command performs that check without interactive password input.
