Line length shortening (sitewide)

What @gerbrent is referencing is that we should expand the inline class to be a general class that's used in our styling folder. So, we can then apply it in other places where lots of text is used. Alternatively we could just apply it at the [container level](https://bulma.io/documentation/layout/container/), and just make the container smaller for the text that's below the main header.
