"Resource not accessible by integration" in Pull Requests with e2e testing

I have had 2 PRs (#389 and #400) and both fail with `Error: Resource not accessible by integration` on the tests with GitHub Actions. These are my PRs with the e2e testing implemented currently.

My only guess is it seems like permissions issue, but I am not totally sure as I am new to GitHub Actions and playwright. [Here](https://github.com/JupiterBroadcasting/jupiterbroadcasting.com/runs/8239611416?check_suite_focus=true#step:11:33) is the link to the error seen in both PRs.
