Check that `pkgs` in the data folder is correct by looking into the tutorials

After https://github.com/jso-docs/jso-docs.github.io/issues/26, the `pkgs` will need to be updated according to the tutorials themselves, which are in a different repository. So we need to do something to check that they are updated (CI on cron).
